If you wish to change your travel time or ticket class, you can pay the price difference between your current ticket and the most suitable ticket for your journey.
In many cases, if you are still travelling during a time when your ticket is not restricted, you won't need to pay any additional fare.
If you want to change the travel date, starting point or destination of your ticket, you may need to purchase a new ticket and request a refund for your existing ticket.

The refund and change fees for tickets vary based on the ticket value.
For tickets valued up to £1.99, there is no fee.
For tickets valued between £2.00 and £4.99, there is a £0.99 fee.
Tickets valued between £5.00 and £9.99 pay a £2.50 fee
While tickets valued between £10.00 and £14.99 have a £6.00 fee.
For tickets valued over £15.00, there is a £10.00 fee.

Refunds

It can be refunded, but it needs to pay a certain fee (specifically the same as the change fee).

Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak Train tickets are refundable before the end of the 28-day validity period, but it needs a certain fee.

Seat Reservations
