Starbeck Station

Back in 1848, Starbeck Station, originally named Harrogate and Knaresborough, served the village of Starbeck and was centrally located. Today, it is managed by Northern and connects travellers to Leeds and York. Please note that there are no staff at the station, so it is advisable to buy tickets online.

Upon leaving Starbeck Station, you can enjoy a football match at the Harrogate & District Railway Athletic Club, which is within walking distance. Alternatively, explore St Andrew's Church, a nearby Grade II listed building. This beautifully decorated church has a rich history and is well worth a visit.

Hornbeam Park Station

Opened in 1992, Hornbeam Park Station is operated by Northern and features two platforms connecting to Leeds and York. The station is unstaffed, so it is recommended to buy tickets online in advance.

The station provides convenience to students at Harrogate College, as it is only around a 4-minute walk away. It is also beneficial for commuters working at Hornbeam Business Park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
