1) Promotion: These terms apply to Germany Train Offers (the "Promotion").
100 promo codes will be available per day at 10:00 (GMT+2) during the Promotion Period.
2) These terms: By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms & Conditions [https://www.mytrainpal.com/web-pages/booking-terms-and-conditions.html] and the decisions of Trainpal.com.
3) Promotion Period: The Promotion starts on June 19, 2024 at 10:00 (GMT+2) and ends on June 21, 2024 at 23:59 (GMT+2).4) Eligibility: The Promotion is available to users who book through the following TrainPal locales: United Kingdom, France, and Spain. Users must have or must register an account on TrainPal to participate in the Promotion.

5) Promo codes:
a. During the Promotion Period, users can claim a 50% off promo code for the direct train fare to Berlin on Deutsche Bahn (the "Promo Code").
b. 50% off with a maximum discount of EUR 50.
c. Applicable Routes: All direct routes on Deutsche Bahn with the final destination of Berlin.
d. Collection method: Users must copy the Promo Code and redeem it on TrainPal.
e. Promo Code usage limitations: 100 Promo Codes can be redeemed daily on a first-come-first-served basis.6) Restrictions:
a. Once claimed, the Promo Code is valid for 3 days, after which it will expire and will no longer be available for use. Promo Code validity cannot be extended.
b. The Promotion is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis once the Promo Code is redeemed.
c. The Promo Code can only be claimed and used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
d. The Promo Code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.8) General:

b. Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking.

9) Limitation of liability:

To the extent permitted by law:

a. TrainPal will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

b. TrainPal reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.10) Prohibitions: You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trainpal reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.11) Choice of law and forum: These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of London will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
